DOTS Calculator

Powerlifting DOTS score for strength comparison.

How It Works

  1. Enter your total. Add SBD total (kg), bodyweight, and coefficient A in the main card.
  2. Get DOTS score. DOTS = Total × 500 ÷ denominator — normalizes strength across bodyweights.
  3. Set gender & units. Pick male/female for the official coefficient and switch kg/lb display.
  4. Break down lifts. Enter squat, bench, and deadlift separately to sum into your total.
  5. Compare lifters. View Wilks score, strength level, and side-by-side comparison with another athlete.
