How It Works
- Log your last set. Enter weight, reps, and RPE (6–10 scale) from your most recent working set.
- Estimate 1RM. The calculator derives your estimated one-rep max using the RTS RPE chart.
- Read the RPE chart. See % of 1RM for each RPE level at your target rep count.
- Plan backoff sets. Drop weight by a percentage for volume work after top sets.
- Set target weights. Find the load for any rep count and RPE combination.
