How It Works

  2. Pick a tip preset. Use Quick Tip Presets (10%, 15%, 18%, 20%, etc.) for common U.S. tipping rates.
  3. Adjust for tax. In Split Bill (Advanced), add tax and choose whether to tip on food subtotal only.
  4. Review the split. See grand total, per-person share, and a diner-by-diner breakdown table.
  5. Check the guide. Compare your tip against typical ranges for restaurants, delivery, rideshare, and more.
